On 1 May we launched our Emergency Support Framework (ESF) which is part of our regulatory approach during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The framework will be rolled out across all sectors but will start with adult social care providers.
We will be using this series of webinars to provide information on what this new approach means in adult social care and to answer any questions you might have.

Initially we will be running six webinars, each will be led by a CQC deputy chief inspector of adult social care. There will be a presentation and a short time for Q&A. To ensure we try and cover as much as possible in the time we have with you, please could you send in any questions / comments on the ESF in advance to providerengagement@cqc.org.uk .
