The Central Bank of Ireland’s Individual Accountability Framework will be one of the most impactful regulatory changes of recent years.
Now that the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Bill 2022 (IAF Bill) has been published, there will be a renewed focus on implementation of the Individual Accountability Framework and, in particular, SEAR.
