Pull Request is not filtering correctly on dashboard

Issue Summary

Some Pull requests that the customer is reviewing are not showing up on the customer's overview page filters 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Bitbucket Overview
2. Click on View all PR's 
3. Select the Reviewers filter 

Expected Results

Should display all PR where the user is a reviewer 

Actual Results

The filters should show the complete PR, however only shows the ones that are limited by the overview page 

Workaround

Go to the Repository -> PR's page and click on I'm Reviewing" to filter
