2. Main grading structure
Please note that the grading structure applies to the majority of employees within the Council excluding teachers and those who have TUPE transferred into DCC.
For example, different pay award arrangements apply to employees under NHS and youth and community terms and conditions as well as employees who have transferred from other councils on the NJC scale but under a different grading structure.
