Mackintosh at The Willow

Mackintosh at the Willow reopened in 2018 after four years of extensive conservation work funded by the Heritage Lottery. Working in partnership with the Princes Trust, this social enterprise aims to preserve the architectural and cultural gem that is Miss Cranston’s Tearooms for future generations whilst nurturing and developing the skills of its staff members. Now it is proudly presenting to both domestic and international visitors an 'interactive visitor/exhibition centre, education and learning suite' as part of this long-term heritage goal with the objective of working with schools and communities.  Watch the virtual tour and see the beautiful rooms available for private events and functions

The 200-seat restaurant serves lunches and afternoons teas. If you require a more private or corporate experience a new board room and AV theatre are now available to hire alongside the stunning Billiard room for banquet style gatherings.

The venue delivers tours directed by the Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society who provide an excellent informative guide of the whole A listed building seven days a week. This integral part of Glasgow’s history is a must see for any food lover or architecture fan looking for the ultimate Charles Rennie Mackintosh experience.
