In order to nominate a player for the Lancashire Rugby U17s Trial day to be held on Sunday 7th April 2024 at Tyldesley RUFC, M29 8HG, from approx. 09:45am to 1:00pm, please complete the online form below.
This form should be completed by the nominating Coach or Teacher who must be available to discuss the nomination if required.**
** Please note that due to limited spaces, only 3 players from each club, team or school are allowed to be nominated for the U17 Trials unless previously agreed with the Lancashire RFU Manager, Gavin Butterworth via email on:
