Pilates Taster Sessions - Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ)
All information will be treated confidentially.
Please be aware the Pilates taster session will be a ONE hour session incorporating a range of Pilates exercises that will provide you with an overview of what Pilates entails.
You will not need any equipment although you should have a mat to lie on (for comfort) and a small cushion or folded towel that you can place under your head if necessary.
The session will be run via Zoom. You will be able to see the teacher and the teacher will be able to see you. Before starting the session you should make the teacher aware of any issues that may have arisen since completing this form that might impact on your ability to exercise.
You must be prepared to exercise in a responsible manner - you should avoid or skip any exercise or movement that causes you discomfort. Participation in this session is at your own risk.
