管理系統稽核員(management system auditors)必須具備優良的「常識(common sense)」(包含組織文化，這一部分最難！“Unfortunately, sometimes my common sense is not common to you!”)才有可能做出務實、健康、合理的管理系統稽核，因為管理系統標準(例如ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001/22301/37301、IATF 16949、IECQ QC080000...)的 “要求(requirements)” 充滿一些非常主觀的(subjective)、柔軟的(soft)、抽象的(abstract) “著名的前言後語(famous first or last words)” 和 “帶有助動詞 ‘shall’ 的完整句子的文字敘述” …..
