We have launched our 2020/2021 Impact Report, which sets out all our achievements over the last year and our priorities for the next 12 months.

Throughout the report you’ll gain a better understanding of our work, facts and figures for the year and hear from some of the people we have worked with.

You can also watch a ‘review of the year’ video, which is presented by two young people from our programmes, Dunnu & Ali. They provide an overview of the year, some key stats and share their own experiences with us.

Key highlights from the Impact Report include:

Employers – we worked with more employer partners and targeted fast-growing sectors to launch a range of new, sector specific programmes.

Voice for young people – young people are at the head and heart of everything we do. We detail young people’s involvement in our decision making and how we’re ensuring their perspectives and ideas are reflected and heard.

Income – how we adapted to less income and the cancellation of large fundraising events.

Looking to the future – our Acting CEO and Chair share their thoughts on the future of the Foundation and our focus for the coming year.
