1.3 Nature Futures Framework (NFF)

Empty space, drag to resize

This module is focused on the IPBES Nature Futures Framework, which allows the development of desirable nature futures scenarios and models for people and nature, considering 3 different perspectives: Nature for Nature (NfN), Nature for Society (NfS) and Nature as Culture (NaC). You will learn how the project applied the NFF to elaborate these different narratives.

Building a resilient ecological network of conserved areas
across Europe for nature and people

Empty space, drag to resize
How can we maximise our conservation efforts in Europe? How can we realise an ecologically, representative, resilient and well-connected network of conserved areas across all countries?

With the tools and knowledge created by NaturaConnect, we aim to support the EU Member States in their conservation efforts and to jointly achieve the 30x30 target.
