* Members of the organizing societies: EAP, ESPNIC & ESPR and the collaborating societies: AEPC, EAPC, EPNS, ERS, ESPA, ESPE, ESPGHAN, ESPN, EUSEM and the Catalan Paediatric Society.  This refers to individual members, who have an active membership upon registration and during the Congress.

Members are required to specify their membership association, and membership number (if applicable) during the online registration.

** Nurse/Young Investigator/Pharmacist/Physiotherapist: In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation must be uploaded during the online registration (i.e. approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID).

Note, Young Investigators must be under the age of 35 at the time of the congress.

What is included in the fees?

Fees for in-person participants include:

  • Participate in all scientific sessions
  • Attend Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Access to the Exhibition area
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks as indicated in the program
  • Meet the speakers and experts in-person
  • Dedicated time and place for networking
  • Access to all the sessions recordings on demand for 3 months after the Congress
  • All benefits of the virtual category which include access to recorded on-demand content and online networking opportunities

Fess for online participants include:

  • Access to scientific content: selected live interactive sessions
  • After the official congress days: access on-demand to all available content for 3 months
  • Access to abstracts and E-Posters online
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Access to the virtual Exhibition Area
  • Access to available industry sessions and materials
  • Online networking opportunities

Payment Methods:

Payment of registration fees in (EUR) can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:

By Credit / Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express

By Bank Transfer: Additional 30 EUR handling fee is required

  • Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • Outstanding payments: we highly recommend to complete your payment prior to the virtual congress in order to be able to access the virtual platform without delays. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress account on time.

Registration Conversion and Cancellation Policy

We want to help you reduce uncertainty during these uncertain times, which is why we have added the ability to easily convert your registration between the in-person and online experience at no additional charge.

And for extra peace of mind, we are now offering a “Flex” ticket upgrade for just 50 Euro!

Converting from in-person to online attendance

Standard Ticket

  • Up to September 8, 2022: Receive a refund of the difference in fees.
  • As of September 9, 2022: Ability to switch BUT there will be no refund of the difference in fees.

Flex Ticket (+50 Euro)

  • Any time before the congress: Receive a refund of the difference in fees.

When changing your registration category, the fee applied will be based on the registration fee and category applicable at the time of change.

Converting from online to in-person attendance

Switch at any time! You will be required to pay the difference in fees, applicable based on the registration fee and category at the time of change.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed prior to the below deadlines:

  • Cancellations received up and including July 7, 2022 – full refund
  • Cancellations received July 8 until September 22, 2022 – 50% registration fee refund
  • As of September 23, 2022 – no refund will be made

*Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a bank transfer handling fee (30 Euro) will not be refunded – applicable to bank transfer payments only.

Group Registration
