We are looking at how we could provide limited emergency breakfast club provision. We are only able to offer breakfast club to a limited number of children in the school hall.  

This reduced capacity obviously means that we have a lot to consider such as whether we can provide breakfast club for children from 5 'class bubbles' (initially, we will not be including the Busy Bees) on a particular day.

Please complete the following information to help us plan the safest way to open breakfast club provision.  

We need an individual form for each child requiring breakfast club.

All pupils attending the Breakfast Club would need to adhere to the current rules (in place to keep everyone safe) and parents will need to agree this before sending their children.
