Lincoln Middle School "Thanksgiving Feast Box" Request Form
We know that these are challenging times, and Lincoln PTSA wants to make sure that all Lincoln families are able to celebrate the holiday with a Thanksgiving meal this year.

Please submit this confidential form if your family would like to receive a Thanksgiving Feast Box. Feast Boxes will include a frozen turkey (if requested), potatoes, stuffing, green beans and other traditional holiday food items. We currently plan to make these boxes available for pickup at Lincoln Middle School the week of November 23, prior to Thanksgiving. Someone will reach out to you with further details the week prior.

The president of the Lincoln PTSA, Teague Weybright, will be collecting these request forms confidentially and will be coordinating distribution of the Feast Boxes. If you have any questions, please contact Teague at lmsptsapresident1501@gmail.com.
