Authentic Italian Restaurant
with traditional cuisine from southern Italy
This is the original Salvi’s, the first ever Neapolitan deli in Manchester, and is located in the iconic Corn Exchange building.
It all began when Salvi’s owner, Maurizio Cecco found himself constantly bringing food from Italy over to England for friends and one day decided that he should do that for a living! Salvi’s Mozzarella Bar was born – a traditional deli and eatery.
Now it’s a treasure trove heaving with authentic Italian produce; you’ll find the finest range of Italian cheeses and charcuterie in Manchester, plus wine, beers, balsamic, olive oil, biscuits, pastries, pasta, sauces, fresh vegetables, and desserts, plus a number of Salvi’s branded products.
The beautiful restaurant area also features a wine room that can be used for group bookings and that real VIP experience, while the outdoor terrace is one of the most popular in the city, and the perfect spot to watch the world pass by.
Over a decade since opening, all the produce is still imported from Italy each and every week and is used in both the deli and restaurant.
