Annual ACL Workforce Survey 2020-21

Welcome to the Annual ACL Workforce Survey 2020

Each year we collect updated information on workforce themes such as qualifications, continuous professional development and work roles to help inform decision making and strategic activity.   This includes the planning of future ACL staff development opportunities and to help explore areas of delivery where existing staff have skills. 

Additionally, some of this information is anonymised and shared with the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) as part of the Staff Individualised Record (SIR) Data Insights.  This is the most robust and independent source of data on the latest trends in demographics, staffing numbers etc. across all provider types in the Further Education (FE) and Training sector, including Adult Community Learning Providers. It forms a key pillar of the workforce development support the ETF provides.
