As part of Essex County Council’s ongoing provider engagement to consider the practicalities, opportunities and challenges during the recovery phase of COVID-19 for day opportunities, your organisation is invited to complete and respond to the following survey. The following questions are designed to elicit feedback from day opportunities providers on their experiences during the recovery phase of COVID-19 alongside considering any contingency planning to mitigate the risks of gaps in support during the forthcoming winter period in the wake of the potential for further waves or strains of Coronavirus.
