Mrs. Zahra Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Haddad received a BA in Arabic Language and Literature in 1996, a certificate in Continuous Professional Development and Educational Leadership in 2012, a Diploma in Educational Leadership in 2014 and a High Diploma in Leadership and Management in 2016 from the University of Bahrain. Since 2020, she has become the principal of Sitra Intermediate Girls School in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Mrs. Zahra gradually progressed in many positions. She was an Arabic language teacher from 1999 to 2008, a senior teacher from 2008 to 2013, a school principal assistant from 2013 to 2019 and then an acting school principal in 2017 and 2018. Mrs. Zahra participated with the Education and Training Quality Authority in the Directorate of the National Examinations. She ascended the national examinations tasks ladder and started as a marker, then a team leader and then a principal examiner. She also participated in setting the items of Grade 9 Arabic language national examinations.

Mr. Salah Abbas Jaber Al-Bari holds an educational Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language and literature with a postgraduate diploma in the same specialisation. He works as a school principal, and previously was a school principal assistant, and a senior teacher for 5 years in various secondary schools in the Ministry of Education. Mr. Salah participated in Grade 12 national examinations in various tasks like a principal examiner, reviewer, consultant, and item writer. He also contributed since his university study until recently to voluntary work associations and institutions. Mr. Salah participated in educational conferences related to educational work in Kuwait, Libya and Bahrain. He participated in presenting various educational workshops in the field of teaching and learning to raise the capacity of teachers in the classroom. His participation revolves around the quality and effectiveness of teaching in the classroom, the statistical analysis processes and measuring the training impact on teachers through classroom visits with the time management in the classroom, as well as the development and nurturing of students'''' theatrical talents.

Mr. Aqeel Zaid Ali Muhammad Kazim, received a Bachelor degree in Arabic Language Education in 1997 and a Higher Diploma in Teacher Leadership in 2022. He has been working as a senior teacher of Arabic language in the government schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain from 2004 up till now. Before that, he was a teacher from 2000 to 2004, and had worked in the State of Kuwait as an Arabic language teacher from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Aqeel participated with the Education and Training Quality Authority in the Directorate of the National Examinations in several tasks, including: setting the national examinations items, and participating in marking the national examinations as a marker and a team leader.
