You'll need to plan your time so you can give it your all and you can only submit one application per recruitment cycle so we'd like you to take your time learning about us- let's make sure the role you apply for is the right one for you.

Find the right role
- Browse the information across our careers site and utilise the chatbot tool to assist in learning more about the role that could be right for you. Please ensure you read the associated job descriptions for each role and sector you're interested in as there may be exciting opportunities across a range of markets and locations that you may not have considered previously.
Application
- So you've chosen the role, and you're ready to apply. We'll ask you to kick things off by completing a short application designed to gather some basic details about you, your educational background and core modules of your degree. As we don't consider CV's it's important that you take your time , and ensure all the information you want captured is conveyed in this section.
Online Immersive Assessment

Our online Immersive Assessment takes a ‘day in the life of’ approach where we’ve blended a few assessments to make it easier for you and to give you a feel for what it might be like to work for us.
This is a key part of the selection process so it’s really important that you focus on your answers and take it seriously, as the outcome will determine whether you progress to the next stage of the process. You’ll only have one opportunity to do it - so take your computer somewhere quiet, go through the introduction guidelines and listen to the advice that gives you a feel of what to expect.
The test will take you approximately 45 minutes to complete and will consist of several situational judgement questions and questions focused on numerical and verbal reasoning. It concludes with one question requiring a written answer and two questions requiring short, videoed answers (you’ll get a chance to practice the video questions). This further assesses your alignment to our roles and the company. Please note this test is not timed so you can do it at your own pace - the above is an approximate guideline to how long it might take.

Virtual Interview

For the year in industry roles this will be an opportunity to virtually meet some of the team who you could be working with. This interview will be the opportunity for you to showcase your relevant skills and suitability for the role, as well as sharing your future aspirations. Make sure you come prepared with some great questions to ask the team about how they work and what to expect day to day. For the summer placement roles you won’t be required to do an interview, we’ll use your application and online immersive assessment information to consider your suitability.
If you’ve had an interview we'll let you know as soon as possible if you've been successful in securing a position.

Hints and tips
1) Do your research....Find out everything about our placement scheme and the industry you're applying to. Make sure you meet the minimum criteria detailed on our job descriptions and that you only apply to one role.
2) Focus your application....Tailor the information you provide to the role you have chosen. Make sure your passion come across and reference any related projects or modules you've previously been involved in within this subject.
3)Take your time....Make sure you don’t rush any step in our recruitment process. You can always save your application and return to it at another time.
4)Check and check again....Revisit your application before you submit it to make sure there are no errors and that you’ve added everything that’s required! It's also a good idea to undertake some practice tests for the ones included in our selection process, just so you feel more prepared once the time comes.
