What is the Partner Portal

  • A data driven platform partners will use to share your services/activities/shops information.
  • This will be the main source of service information on your local website.
  • This will also be visible on the Age UK website for users to find information and services local to them.
  • Your services/activities/shops information will be visible to the National Advice Line and improve the quality of information they are able to offer callers in your area and nationwide.

National information & advice line

The national advice line is open 365 days a year, receiving thousands of calls from the family and carers of older people in need. The partner portal is a conduit between local and national Age UK’s and the older we support. The platform facilitates the Age UK national advice line to offer information about local Age UK services to callers from your area.

However, the information that they pass on to the caller is only as up to date as the information that local partner have entered into the portal. It is vital that partners continually keep this information up to date.
