11:15 - 11:45 |  Single use or reuse? We believe both can be sustainable

Rebecca Pryce-åklundh - Sustainability Manager @ Duni Group

Duni Group has worked with food experiences for 70 years now. We have seen how consumption patterns and consumer trends have changed over time.

But what is better? Reuse or single use?

Duni Group’s position is clear. We want to be part of the circular economy and leave behind as little waste as possible, by using the right materials and right design from the start.

Come and hear why we believe that the answer lies in taking a systems perspective and what we are doing about it to ensure that we make the right choices within both our single-use as well as reuse product categories.

14:15 - 14:45 |  The unexpected impact of packaging design - the story of the ever after

Lisa Minogue - Creative Director @ Identity Works

Identity Works will take us through some case studies, looking at what happened with them as they left our design table and got out into the real world. It’s easy to think of impact as sales numbers, but another impact is how it connects with humans in different ways. The whole session will be a nice fun little reminder of the importance of having a human-centric design approach when creating new packaging design.

15:15 - 15:45 |  Drawing flavour and attention - for tasty packaging design

Mikael Selin - Graphic designer/Illustrator @ Mikael Selin Design Studio

I will be talking about how I almost exclusively work with illustrations In my packaging design projects. And the strengths and challenges of portraying”taste” when making a ”portrait” of the product.
