BFDG Awards 2020*

On this page below you will find the finalists for the BFDG Awards 2020

Each entry is accompanied by the following supporting assets: a still image that best represents the work on the production; a piece of artwork from the production, this can be either be a set drawing, concept drawing or graphic; plus the trailer for the production.

The exceptions to this are for the following awards:

The Peter Lamont Award – Spotlighting New Talent – This award has been renamed in honour of Production Designer and BFDG member Peter Lamont who was always keen to help and support young talent in the Art Department.
The finalists of this award have submitted their work and though this can be viewed by our members, the decision will be voted on by the BFDG committee only.

Commercial – New category this year, and one which we hope will attract more entries as time goes by.

Short Film – Entries are accompanied by a still image and piece of artwork for you to view only. This award will be voted on by a committee of BDFG members only, headed up by Claire Levinson-Gendler.  Again as time goes by we hope this category will attract more submissions.

Outstanding Contribution to the Art Department – This category will be voted on and agreed by the BFDG committee.

Lifetime Achievement – This category will be voted on and agreed by the BFDG committee.
