IT Traineeships for PhDs

For about 8 years now, the Bank Van Breda IT-team has successfully been retraining high potentials without an IT degree.

Taking initiative, thinking analytically, communicating effectively, thinking out-of-the-box and perseverance are all skills that PhD degree holders have. These competences are also the basic competences a good IT worker needs.
