Hello!  Thank you for participating in Arcola's Home and School 8th Grade Social "Distancing" Photo Book.  By entering your name and email address and submitting your child's answers, you are giving permission to have your child be a part of this digital social event.  

Please put your name and address and then have your 8th grader complete the rest of Section 1.  

After your child complete's the answers, please submit this form and then email a photograph of your child to LReinhardt73@yahoo.com (as stated in Section 2).  The photo can be wearing the outfit they may have worn to the Social, their favorite shirt, or anything appropriate for school attire.  

Once we have collected all of the wonderful pictures and answers we will be assembling a photo book via Shutterfly.  This link and password will be sent to parents along with instructions on how to view the book.  The digital copy is free of charge to everyone with the password.  You may also choose to order a hard copy book for yourself, details to follow.
