At YOGABUDHI, we have various programmes, courses and experiences to choose from - from mindfulness courses through to Buddhist meditations - whether regular sessions, a course or as part of an off-site meeting.

 

Meditation In the Home

Our various options allow you to choose the type, duration and frequency of your meditation programmes.  You might do this alone, with a live meditator in person or via Skype; or you may choose to do either options with your friends and loved ones.

Even if your family or loved ones are not doing meditation they still reap the benefits.

  • 3 week taster sessions of different types of meditation
  • 6 week live guided meditation programmes (in person or remote, style of meditation of choice)
  • Independent meditation course with live introduction and instruction and then 4 weeks' remote email or phone support.
  • Block of 6 ad hoc sessions with themes of choice
  • Any of above as combined with a YogaBudhi Journey Programme.
