Prior to Southern - threw all four years for Coach Martin and the Lady Pirates...finished 2nd at the MSHSAA Class 2 State meet in 2013 in the shot put and 8th in 2012...was an All-Conference and All-District selection for Ash Grove on the softball diamond while earning All-District honors in basketball as well...helped the basketball Pirates to the 2013 district and sectional championship...high school teammate of fellow Lions thrower Halee Cashio.

Personal - Undecided on her major at Southern...daughter of Gary and Jill Skelton...has two siblings.
