If you know rural Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, you'll know it has a unique heritage in the form of hundreds of historic churches.  But that is something we can't take for granted.  It needs work and expertise to keep our churches in place for generations to come.

They aren't just beautiful places to look at and to visit - they are often very active, working hard at the heart of communities and acting as an important focal point.  Let's do our bit to make sure they stay there, long into the next century.
