Reporting a side effect  

Members of the public and healthcare professionals can report a suspected side effect (adverse reaction) to the HPRA using our online reporting facility.

Include as much information as possible when reporting a side effect, including the batch number. Please note that the HPRA cannot provide clinical advice on individual cases. Members of the public with medical concerns should contact their healthcare professional.

The HPRA publishes regular safety updates providing an overview of reports of suspected side effects notified to the HPRA.
