It is finally my time.

I am the vice president of the Arkansas charter of the Unacceptables MC.
I’m Reese. I’m an outlaw. A heretic dirt-bag who only cares about one thing – my club. I’m what they call....unfixable.

Well, that all was true until she came to town.
She’s a white light in a sea of darkness.

I had no idea that her past could become my undoing – but I didn’t care. I would stop at nothing to protect her. To right all of those wrongs. To remove the despair from her sweet eyes.

I am a protector of my MC...and now her.

Good things come in small packages in this novella short on word count but long on action and romance. It’s a well-crafted tale that never made me feel shortchanged and it kept me glued to the pages from the first page to the last.

Life changes irrevocably for Club VP Reese when a late night visit from a lawyer sends him off in search of a military friend’s kidnapped sister. With the help of his MC brothers he rescues her but it’s a rocky road to healing for her as her past eventually returns in a heart pounding conclusion. Reese is a likable hero, dedicated to his Club and his friend, and he was just what this scarred young woman needed. He was gentle with her, never pushing her to accept more until she was ready. His caring actions belied his tough guy exterior and it made me like him all the more because of it. Katharine was clearly broken when readers first meet her, scarred inside and out due to physical and emotional abuse that’s mentioned in passing. Her fears and uncertainties are understandable and I appreciated that Reese gave her the time she needed to rebuild herself so that there was no doubt about their connection. It was a slow and steady recovery, one that I felt fully a part of and that I was rooting for from start to finish.

On a whole there was a nice balance between this couple’s romance and the heart-pounding suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat. From the exhilarating rescue of Katharine, to the sweet and sensual connection that ultimately binds her and Reese, my heartstrings were repeatedly being pulled in a story that easily immersed me in the world of the Unacceptables MC. With a main couple that was appealing with reactions that were believable I found myself waiting with bated breath for them to reach their HEA. I wish though that readers would’ve gotten greater insight into what happened to Katharine throughout the years she spent as hostage as well as learning more about Reese’s past in order to add even deeper emotional depth. Along with this likable main couple was an equally entertaining cast of secondary characters, the men and women of the MC, who lent a familial vibe to the story along with their unwavering support. Their inclusion reaffirmed their individual HEAs while their brotherly interactions put a smile on my face. Of these secondary characters I’m especially drawn to Katharine’s brother Jett who sacrificed a lot for her and who’s a delicious new addition to the Club. By the turn of the final page I found this to be a fast-paced story with a richly rewarding conclusion that was over way too fast to truly appreciate, but it entertained me completely and has me looking forward to the next book in this series!

I know I say this constantly but I just can’t help it. I don’t know any other author who can make a quick read feel so full the way Kristen Hope Mazzola does! I swear this novella has such a deep, action packed and beautiful story it will leave you feeling like you’ve eaten a ten course meal instead of an appetizer. Nothing is glossed over, no details are left out, the characters have depth that brings them to life and makes them feel real. This is why Kristen Hope Mazzola is the queen of all things quick, hot and swoony.
After saying all that I do have to say Unfixable is also hands down one of my favorite books from her also. I was more than glued to the pages. I was utterly lost in Reese and Katherine’s story. I started this after being in a funk for days where nothing was really holding my attention and the second I started reading this the rest of the world fell away. Suspense, one of the sweetest romances and just the right level of steam there is not one thing I didn’t love about Unfixable.

Ever since she was abducted seven years ago Kat has been forced to live a life that no one should have to endure. She had just about given up hope when Reese rescues her but realizing she is safe and adapting to her new normal is not as easy as you would think.

Reese is the VP of the Unacceptables MC who has been asked by his former brother in arms to rescue the sister that everyone thought had died. With not much to go on he rescues her but he soon realizes that now that he has her he is not going to give her up and he will do whatever is necessary to keep her safe.

This story was so much more than I expected. Full of emotion, heat and suspense these characters draw you in and won’t let you go.

Another quick read

Reece is a marine vet. When he gets summoned by a buddy in dire need he jumps into action. Katherine is in a world of hurt due to being kidnapped and held prisoner until a stranger to her rescues her. Brilliant gripping read

Reese and Katherine

A raw, gritty, intense and emotional story. Reese was tasked to rescue Katherine and little did he know he would find so much more than he expected.

When Reese receives a visit from an attorney and reads the letter she has for him, he heads to the house of a former serviceman. While there, he receives a collect call from the friend with a message that he found his sister, who went missing and was presumed dead, seven years earlier. Katherine is living in hell. She is hardly ever let out of a cellar and when she isn't good (her captor decides if she is good or not) she is abused. He also never lets her dress in anything other than a robe.
When Reese and his fellow MC members find Katherine she is filthy and scared. Not only is she afraid of him, she is also afraid that her captor will find her again. There was so much action and many intense moments in this book. Even though it was a short, quick read, I didn't feel like I missed anything in the story. The connection that Katherine and Reese had was palpable. He felt very protective of her and even promised her that she would be safe. When her past comes back to haunt her and her loved ones, the end of Katherine's new found happiness and her life might be over.
This series is great. I haven't read another author that can fit so much action, excitement, and hope into such a short book. I can't wait to see what happens next in this series. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest, voluntary review.

This book is a part of a series but can be read as a stand alone. It in fact is the first book I ended up reading in the series, but it wont be the last. I could tell that I would have gotten more out of the secondary characters, but I did not feel as if I missed anything. In fact if I didnt know it was a book from later in the series it could have been the start.
This book got to your heart strings right from the start. It had you rooting for the h right away. The H was the white knight who came in to save her. The story was great. I just wished that it didnt go so fast. There were lots of opportunities where the story could have taken longer to be told and fleshed out a bit. Just so that we got an even better connection.

Unfixable is book eleven in the unacceptable’s MC series. This story is short, fast paced and action packed. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline entertaining. This story is an emotional journey.
Katherine was abducted when she was seventeen. Seven years later and she finally gets rescued but how will she cope?
Reese is the vice president of the unacceptable MC. When an old friend asks for his help, he quickly agrees. Will Reese be able to keep Katherine safe?
I liked that Reese didn’t give up on Katherine, even when she was having a hard time.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Hang on and enjoy the ride. Kristen Hope Mazzola knows what she's doing whenever she drops one of her Unacceptables MC books. This is Reese's story. One of rescue and one that love and heal anything. I love how caring he is when it comes to Katherine. There is just this gentleness in this biker that will make you swoon. Katherine, you get to see how strong she truly is through everything she had gone through. She is a survivor and an old lady in the making with how strong she is. I love this one. I couldn't put it down. At this point in reading this series, they all are my favorites. The Unacceptables MC series needs to be read.

Another hit in the Unacceptable world. Reese and Kat join the family of love, loyalty and brotherhood. Every book in this series take us on an adventure, and this book does not fail in delivering just that.
Kristen never fails to show us how her alpha bikers manage to be hero's while still being the masterful muscles of a badass MC club.
All of the books can be read as stand alone books, but to get the whole story of the MC members reading all of them would be best. Another five STARS for the Men of the Unacceptables MC!

Another book from Kristen Hope Mazzola that I couldn’t put down!

I love Kristen’s Unacceptables series! Unfixable was suspenseful, and gritty. Reese and Kathrine story starts out with Kathrine’s brother Jett asking Reese for help to rescue Kathrine 7 years after she was abducted and ends on a happy note. I gotta see some of my favorite Unacceptables characters in this one along with a cameo appearance of The Hysterics ( Kristen’s Rockstar series) to open the story!

I wasn't sure how Kristen was going to deliver a story that felt complete and not rushed with a story line like this one but she did an outstanding job. I didn't feel as if it was rushed or lacking anything, in fact I completely fell in love with their story from the beginning. This story is exactly why I can never say no to one of her books especially anything in this series.

Very good

I enjoyed this book and series. I enjoy reading a series and get stories on each character. The only issue I found were a few errors. If you are able to get through that then you will enjoy this book. If I write anything else it would be a spoiler.
