I'm a Professor in Public Administration at the University of Copenhagen in the Department of Political Science. Principal investigator at the Behavioral and Experimental Public Administration Lab (BEPAL). I study (1) how citizens make inferences about public services, (2) how performance data shape their inferences about the world, (3) the role of honesty and discrimination in the citizen-state interactions, and (4) how we can make the field of Public Administration more experimental, more behavioral, and more engaged with solving real-world problems.
